The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company declared a third quarter dividend of $0.15 per share on the company’s outstanding Class B and common stock. The third quarter dividend is the same level as the regular dividends paid in the first and second quarters of 2016. This is on track for a 4.42% yield for 2016.
Ford Motor Company and Ford Motor Credit will release their 2016 second quarter financial results at 7 a.m. EDT Thursday, July 28.
