GM Defense claims it has demonstrated the adaptability of the ISV by expanding the initial nine-passenger troop carrier into a family of vehicles. The GM Defense-produced ISV variants offer configurable vehicles adapted for a broad range of mission profiles, including fire support, command and control, electronic warfare, counter-unmanned aircraft systems, reconnaissance and logistics, and casualty evacuation.
GM Defense is showing a four-seat ISV Multi-Mission and Logistics vehicle equipped with Black Sage’s SawtoothTM C-UAS, with open architecture software and hardware platforms that deliver data fusion, automated target recognition, threat evaluation, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance functions. The C-UAS also offers kinetic and non-kinetic effectors that use Black Sage’s so-called “Command and Control System, DefenseOS.”
