Harry Douglas, a former new car dealer with vast experience with multiple domestic and import brands, brings his considerable knowledge of dealership negotiating and financing tactics to the live conversation.
Zino complements Douglas with his observations culled from decades of work at test tracks, auto company previews, as well as visits to final assembly and component parts plants along with research and development labs.
Zino quotes from court decisions, refers to instrumented road tests, analyzes financial results, profiles executive personalities and corporate cultures and reviews new cars on AutoInformed.com.
While Douglas and Zino sometimes disagree, neither lacks opinions or the ability to express them forcefully. It’s just two car guys talking cars as Harry says. It makes for an interesting and lively hour of bantering on talk radio.
The radio show airs in Boston on WBRX, Pittsburgh WLFP, Chicago WJOB, Greenwich WGCH, Las Vegas KNUU-NEWS, IPR Radio Pittsburgh, KA KESK Hagatna, and KGUM among others.

That Harry guy loves Tesla and keeps talking over you. It’s a hundred Gs for a car… And your points about whether the Tesla business model is scalable as it grows are good – he’s already losing what $2,000 per car this year. Harry doesn’t seem to do any original reporting like you do and he lacks balance and seems closed minded. Worse he’s always selling something while hosting, boosting Tesla while he pursues a Tesla dealership.
Ed,
Tesla closes at $165.87 today! What do you think of me now? Since we got in two quarters ago our investment has soared!
I put a $200+ mark on Tesla Motors by the end of September! It’s still not to late to invest in TESLAMOTORS! Could be at $450 by end of the year.
Report on that. Harry Douglas and his Car Concerns Radio USA Auto 100 Fund gets it right!

Ed – replies – $170 range for a book value of $5 a share. Sell, it’s a bubble.
