While parked, customers can view the Zoom Meeting on the center display, including upcoming meetings, participants’ video, or shared content. Plus, when on the go, customers can transfer live meetings effortlessly between devices with one tap when entering the vehicle. They can also join meetings with audio access while driving. The Ford and Lincoln Digital Experience allows customers to use voice assistance for hands-free help from Google Assistant, real-time directions with Google Maps, and the ability to download their favorite apps from the Google Play Store. It is also designed to improve over time, enhancing experiences for customers and their family and friends inside the vehicle, Ford claimed.

Customers will have access to new features and services via available software updates, as well as new apps unique to Ford and Lincoln owners, like the Zoom app available through Google Play. For customers to unlock the best possible experience for the Ford and Lincoln Digital Experience, they will need to activate a Connectivity plan,1 such as the Ford Connectivity Package in the 2025 Ford Expedition. The Zoom app is available to download now on the 2025 Ford Expedition, 2025 Ford Explorer, 2025 Lincoln Aviator, 2024/2025 Lincoln Nautilus, and 2025 Lincoln Navigator.
