Bentley Motors said today that Andreas Offermann is its new Member of the Board for Sales, Marketing and Aftersales, starting 1 November 2016. Offermann joins Bentley from economy car maker SEAT where he held the role of Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He succeeds Kevin Rose who is retiring after a 30-year career with the Volkswagen Group.
Bentley Motors is in Crewe, UK where it employs 4,000 people. All of its operations including design, R&D, engineering and production of the company’s four model lines, Bentayga, Continental, Flying Spur and Mulsanne are there.
Prior to his position with SEAT, Offermann led the global coordination of all National order provigil Sales Companies within the Volkswagen Group. Before this, he spent 17 years at Porsche in a number of senior positions, finally as Head of Sales Operations. Offermann started his career at BMW AG, spending nine years in a variety of management positions, including Head of Product and Volume Planning for the overseas markets.
Kevin Rose joined Bentley in 2012 and has overseen record sales years and has helped establish the brand in a number of new international markets. His 30-year career with the Volkswagen Group has included senior sales and marketing positions for the Volkswagen, SEAT and Audi brands.
