Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) in a social media post today said that some 2025 Lincoln models will come with a new theme to Lincoln Rejuvenate called Forest Meditation. Lincoln Rejuvenate is standard in the all-new 2025 Navigator and optional on select trims of the 2025 Nautilus. It’s claimed to deliver a multi-sensory experience designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation within the vehicle. See a video here.
“At Lincoln, we’re driven by the belief that your vehicle can be more than just transportation; it can be a true sanctuary, a ‘third space’ between home and work. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce a new theme to Lincoln Rejuvenate — Forest Meditation. Developed in collaboration with our partners at Calm, this immersive, multi-sensory experience is designed to bring the serene power of nature directly to your vehicle. Our goal with Forest Meditation was to craft an escape that truly transports you. Imagine calming forest visuals, surrounded by immersive natural sounds, and breathing in the subtle, earthy digital scent of the Mystic Forest,” the From The Road post said.
“It’s designed to evoke the peaceful sensation of a walk through nature, right from the comfort of your Lincoln. To deepen the experience, we’ve integrated guided body scan meditation, narrated by Calm’s Tamara Levitt, available in 5- or 10-minute sessions, helping you tune into each part of your body. For us, the scientific validation behind Lincoln Rejuvenate is incredibly important. We wanted to ensure that these experiences genuinely enhance well-being and have data from an engineering research study that validates the benefits,” From The Road said. [the Study was funded by Ford – AutoCrat]*
“This commitment led us to a Lincoln-commissioned engineering study with Purdue University, where we measured brain activity and heart rate to assess the short-term benefits of Lincoln Rejuvenate. The research showed improvements in heart rate variability, a key indicator of relaxation and reduced stress during stationary Rejuvenate moments,” From The Road said.
“With the introduction of Forest Meditation, Lincoln Rejuvenate now offers four distinct themes, each guiding users on a personalized journey to calm and relaxation:
- Aurora Borealis: An ethereal visual and auditory experience inspired by the natural phenomenon.
- Elements: A multi-sensory journey through the fundamental elements of nature.
- Waterfall Meditation (in collaboration with Calm): An immersive experience evoking the serenity of cascading water.
- Forest Meditation (in collaboration with Calm): The newest theme, transporting occupants into a serene natural forest environment.
“The Forest Meditation theme is now available for clients through an over-the-air update, sent directly to their Navigator or Nautilus via the Google Play Store. To further support your overall well-being, Lincoln owners can also enjoy a complimentary one-year subscription to Calm, which includes daily meditations, music, soundscapes, and mindfulness exercises.
“We are truly committed to designing and engineering vehicles that elevate mood, enhance comfort, and support overall well-being, continuously crafting the ultimate sanctuary for stationary moments. We hope you have the opportunity to find your inner calm and experience Forest Meditation for yourself,” said Calandra Berry and Justine Nestorowich, Lincoln Vehicle Harmony Engineers.
