More GM Safety Recalls Active on Current Production Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC Models

The Mary Barra excuse that GM’s ignition switch recalls are on non-production models from the distant past looks a little thin given the ongoing safety defects at the automaker.  Now it turns out there is or could be a short circuit in the chassis control system that leads to unexpected stalling on the latest models. GM safety practices continue to be a problem.

GM dealers have been told to stop selling 2013 and 2014 models of the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban; Cadillac CTS, Escalade and Escalade SUV; GMC Yukon; and the 2014 models of the Chevrolet Traverse, Express van and Silverado HD; GMC Acadia, Savana van and Sierra HD.
