Recall for Wheels Falling Off 2013 Cadillac SRX Crossovers

GM is recalling 2013 Cadillac SRX crossovers with 18-inch wheels because the lug nuts loosen and some wheels are falling off. The lug nuts are coated with a blue-tint Teflon coating that allows them to loosen. If this happens, a grinding or rattling noise can occur, and a vibration is felt in the steering wheel. If ignored, the wheel studs fracture sending the wheel on its own way. Continue reading

Cadillac Recalls 2011 SRX SUVs for Defective Airbags

The SRX computer turns off the right roof-rail airbag if the passenger sensing system determines that the right front passenger seat is unoccupied. Therefore a right rear occupant may not be protected and suffer injuries in frontal and side crashes. Continue reading

General Motors Recalls Cadillac CTS for Suspension Failures

General Motors is recalling 2009-2010 Cadillac CTS models because the rear wheels can suddenly splay, sending the CTS out of the driver’s control.
