A refreshed 2024 Acura TLX sedan begins arriving at Acura dealerships today with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting at $45,000 [1].* The simplified lineup includes the TLX with Technology Package, an optional A-Spec sport appearance package and the high-performance TLX Type S.

All 2024 TLX models have a new front fascia with a frameless version of Acura’s Diamond Pentagon Grille. Inside there’s a new configurable 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 12.3-inch center screen, 20% larger than before, powered by a faster processor. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility, a wireless charging pad, and TLX’s first application of Amazon Alexa Built-In are all standard. Two USB-C charging ports also have been added to the rear of the center console for back-seat passengers. All TLXs apply thicker carpet for a quieter cabin.

The 2024 TLX also adds enhanced safety performance with expanded functions of the AcuraWatch™ suite of safety and driver assistive technologies with a new front single-lens sensor camera with a wider 90-degree field of view (up from 50-degrees) and a new grille mounted millimeter-wave radar with a wider 120-degree field of view (up from 50-degrees). In the rear, the standard blind spot information (BSI) system’s radar warning range increased to 82 feet, enabling Lane Change Alert, which can help alert the driver to vehicles approaching from behind in adjacent lanes. A new rear seatbelt reminder system, which uses visual and audible cues to notify the driver whether rear seat occupants have buckled, or then unbuckled, their seatbelts, is standard.

TLX with Technology Package (two-wheel drive only) is the new entry point into the TLX lineup and equips every TLX with 19-inch wheels, Milano Leather seating, ELS STUDIO Premium Audio, and Iconic Drive™ ambient LED cabin lighting.

TLX A-Spec has a blacked-out exterior treatment and A-Spec badges with new split-spoke 19-inch wheels finished in Shark Gray, large dual round exhaust finishers, and new gloss black rear spoiler. Standard is torque vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™. A-Spec also receives new front fender liners, wheel insulators, B-pillar insulators, and door insulators all said to reducing road noise.

TLX Type S, the quickest, best-handling all-wheel-drive sedan in the brand’s 35-year history, has improved throttle response in the Sport+ drive mode and additional tech items, including a 10.5-inch Head-Up Display (HUD) and Surround View Camera. TLX Type S adds a new diamond pentagon grille mesh, which provides airflow to its exclusive Type S Turbo V6, and new 20-inch split-spoke wheel finished in Berlina Black. There are also exclusive front splitter, rear decklid spoiler, rear diffuser, large quad exhaust outlets and red Brembo® 4-piston front brake calipers. High-performance summer tires mounted to lightweight Copper-finish Y-spoke 20-inch wheels first seen on the TLX Type S PMC Edition are aoptional as dealer-installed accessories.

The standard AcuraWatch™ safety and driver-assistive technologies includes Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™) with Pedestrian Detection, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, Forward Collision Warning, Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) incorporating Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) and the Traffic Sign Recognition System.

Purchasers of the Acura TLX sport sedan get the Acura Maintenance Package, a complimentary maintenance plan for the first two years or 24,000 miles.
