Honda Q2 Profit tops $1 Billion

Honda posted a $1.065 billion consolidated profit for fiscal Q2 that ended September 30, 2015, an increase of 6.9% from the same period last year. NHTSA Whacks Takata with $70-200 Million Consent Order

The U.S. DOT today issued the largest civil penalty in NHTSA’s history to Takata for violating the Motor Vehicle Safety Act. In an unprecedented move, NHTSA’s authority is being used to accelerate recall repairs to millions of affected vehicles.
