Daimler Takes Lead in F1 Driver and Maker’s Championship
Presumptive World Champion Lewis Hamilton came home in P3, racing to the 15th podium for Mercedes-Benz Power. It would be Hamilton’s fifth World Championship title – he needed to win to clinch before the next race in Mexico, with two more races remaining after that. If he hangs on in Mexico and Ferrari’s Sebastián Vettle has another fateful outing as he did yesterday, then he can join Juan Manuel Fangio with five titles. Continue reading

Lewis Hamilton in Mercedes Wins Hungarian GP over Ferrari.
The upshot: Hamilton (213 points) leads the Drivers’ Championship in a Mercedes Silver Arrow by 24 points ahead of the hated Ferrari driven by Sebastian Vettel (189 points) with Bottas (132 points) in P4. Ferrari Posts €244 Million Profit for 2012, Best Year in History
Record sales during 2012 in the U.S., China, Germany and Great Britain resulted in Ferrari posting its best financial results in the Fiat-owned brand’s fabled 66-year history. A total of 7,318 road cars were delivered to dealers (+4.5% on 2011) with revenues of €2.433 billion, an increase of 8% from 2011. Continue reading

The GR Supra GT4 EVO will make its competitive debut in January 2023 at the 24 Hours of Daytona, the first round of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season.
