Porsche Sales Drop -5% at 146K Through Q2 of 2022
“We and our dealers have successfully navigated a first half-year shaped by external factors and uncertainties,” said Detlev von Platen, Board Member for Sales and Marketing at Porsche AG. “In addition to the difficulties posed by the resurgence of the COVID pandemic in China and other markets, ongoing supply-chain- and logistics-related challenges have accompanied us. Milestones: Ten Years of Porsche Leipzig SUV and Sedan Plant

Porsche Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen Plant to be Reconstructed
“60 years of the Porsche 911 and 75 years of Porsche sports cars, the double anniversary marks a special year for Porsche. The reconstruction measures and extensions to sports car production at our main plant are an important milestone for the Zuffenhausen site,” said Albrecht Reimold, Member of the Executive Board for Production and Logistics at Porsche AG. “The conversion measures will enable increased efficiency, the highest quality standards, and mixed production of combustion-engine and electric sports cars.
