Stellantis (NYSE: STLA) today said it has completed its 33.3% purchase in Symbio,* a force in zero-emission hydrogen technology. FORVIA and Michelin are equal shareholders. The announcement is the latest step in the decarbonization of Stellantis and the mobility industry. Symbio is adept at hydrogen fuel cell advances.
“The addition of Stellantis as a shareholder will boost Symbio’s development across Europe and in the US,” Stellantis said. Porsche to Buy All of IT Consultancy MHP

Porsche said today in Stuttgart that it will take over all shares in the MHP GmbH by January 2024. Already the majority owner, Porsche said it intends to use the growth potential of the management and IT consultancy MHP. Ralf Hofmann, co-founder, shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Management, held 18.2% of the shares. Hofmann will remain at the helm of MHP as CEO.
