Porsche 911 Hybrid Debuts on 28 May

Porsche said this morning in in Stuttgart that a hybrid-drive 911 sports car has completed development and will premiere on 28 May 2024. It is said to be 8.7 seconds faster than its predecessor on the Nürburgring, the track that is often used by marketers of performance sports cars for bolstering credulity of claims. Porsche 911 EV Conversion from Sacrilege Motors

“With our Porsche 911 commissions, we’ve set very demanding performance and reliability targets,” claimed Bobby Singh, president and technical lead of Sacrilege Motors. “Fellten hits those targets completely. Silverstone Classic – Record Crowds, Largest 911 Parade Lap

The 2013 Silverstone Classic claims to the world’s biggest classic motor racing festival now that the results are in. The three-day show this past weekend in the UK said attendance of 90,000, up from 83,500 in 2012 was a record. New Porsche Paint Shop for New 911s at Zuffenhausen

The opening of the new paint shop this week in Zuffenhausen coincides with the start of production of the new Porsche 911, arguably the most famous sports car in the world since its 1964 début.
