Hyundai Capital America Fined for Civil Rights Violations
The Justice Department said today that Hyundai Capital America* has agreed to pay $333,941 to resolve allegations that it violated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act** (SCRA) by illegally repossessing 26 vehicles owned by servicemembers.
