Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), a diversified international transportation services company and an automotive and commercial truck retailer, announced yesterday that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $1.38 per share.* This is an increase of 4.5%, or $0.06 per share. It was PAG’s 20th consecutive quarterly increase. The dividend is payable 2 December 2025 to shareholders of record as of 14 November 2025.
